Thank You, also in "Never Leave Me", Anya is the only one who says vocally that they should stake Spike. Not even Xander supports her, and the decision as to what to do with Spike is totally in Buffy's hands.
Also in that episode, when Buffy says that Spike needs blood, Willow is willing to get Anya's. Buffy even seems to consider it, until deciding to wean him off human blood.
It seems that with the loss of her previous postion as Xander's girlfriend her place in the Scoobies is also lessend.
